1. Processing & Dispatch Time

 

We normally ship items directly from stock. Under standard conditions, orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

 

Important Note: Due to current high demand or during promotional periods, preparation times may rarely extend depending on the order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

 

All parcels are sent via Registered Air Cargo. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order. Our logistics partners and estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

  • European Union (EU): UPS & Local Couriers (Est. 9-11 days)

  • USA: USPS, FedEx, and DHL (Est. 7-12 days)

  • Canada: Canada Post & Local Couriers (Est. 9-14 days)

  • United Kingdom (UK): Evri (Est. 11-14 days)

  • Australia: Australia Post (Est. 14-21 days)

 

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.

 

3. Customs & Tax IDs

 

To ensure smooth customs clearance, you must provide the appropriate registration/tax number for your destination:

  • For European Union (EU) countries: EORI Number

  • For the United Kingdom (UK): HMRC Number

  • For Australia: ABN Number

 

Please ensure you provide the correct information when placing your order.

Customs Duties:

  • General Rule: Customers are solely responsible for any local tax regulations, import duties, or customs fees in their destination country.

  • Exception for USA: We cover all import taxes for shipments to the United States. US customers will not face any additional customs duties or tariffs upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Policy

 

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping procedures, we operate a strict No Return & No Exchange policy. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

 

Exceptions for Refunds or Reshipments

 

We stand behind the quality of our service. We will offer a full refund or resend the item free of charge only under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Lost Parcels: If the shipment is officially confirmed as "lost" by the carrier.

  2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered due to our error.

  3. Missing Parts: If the kit arrives with missing components or parts.

 

Requests for returns based on other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order by customer) will not be accepted. Claims for defective or missing items must be supported by photographic evidence upon delivery.
